Owner/ Operations

With over 20 year experience on the tools, training crews, and managing small and large scale projects, Joel’s history in roofing and exteriors gives him the knowledge and expertise to excel with your upcoming project. Joel is married with two amazing kids, and when he’s not on site helping his clients, he's spending as much time as he can outdoors, and at the lake with his family. Our homes protect our greatest assets, and Joel’s number one goal is to help you protect that investment because  our roofers are Calgary homeowners too.

Samantha Davidson

Owner/ Administration & Finance

Samantha has been active within the Calgary construction industry for nearly 10 years and brings 20 years of administration and management expertise to her role with Leading Edge Exteriors. Samantha is travel enthusiast - having been to over 150 countries. When not assisting our team or our valued clients, Samantha is on the lookout for her next creative outlet or big travel adventure. Bringing comfort and peace of mind to every client is what drives Samantha to excel in her role. We strive to make a difference in our client’s lives - finding solutions to keep your home and family safe.

Tom Pendergrast

Owner/ Project Management

Tom is a great example of what sets Leading Edge Exteriors apart. With over 15 years of experience in project management, client management, and vendor management, there is nothing that Tom has not seen, and very little that Tom’s amazing team of repair technicians have not done within the Calgary exteriors industry. Tom’s experience with projects of all sizes, and scopes has set him apart as one of the best repair managers in Calgary. Tom dedicates his time to ensuring that our clients are provided the knowledge and solutions that will suit their individual projects. When not helping our clients, Tom is looking for fresh powder on remote slopes, or camping with his family.

Michael Langlais

Owner/ Roofing Specialist

Michael is a well known fixture in the Calgary roofing industry. Michael has over 25 years of exteriors experience, and is one of the most talented technicians in  southern Alberta. Michael’s eye for detail and ability to decipher challenging and complicated concerns for our clients puts Michael second to none. His knowledge, experience on the roof, and customer focus are among the many reasons why Michael stands out as one of Calgary’s best exteriors specialists. Michael and his wife are avid adventurists, traveling, hunting and spending as much of their time in their RV by the river.
